Account Registration & Management

3.1 Registration Process

When registering with bl88, you must provide accurate, complete, and truthful information. The information requested during registration is used to verify your actual identity.

3.2 One Account Per Person

Each individual may hold only one bl88 account. If the same person attempts to open multiple accounts, all accounts will be closed and deposited funds may be forfeited. If multiple members of the same household operate accounts from the same device or IP address, bl88 must be notified in advance.

3.3 Account Security

It is your responsibility to keep your account login details (username and password) completely confidential. If you notice any unauthorized access or suspicious activity on your account, notify the bl88 support team immediately. bl88 will not be liable for any loss resulting from your negligence.

3.4 Identity Verification (KYC)

bl88 may at any time request the following documents to verify a member's identity:

  • Copy of National ID (NID) or passport
  • Proof of current address (utility bill or bank statement)
  • Proof of ownership of the payment method used

Failure to provide verification documents within the specified time may result in the account being temporarily suspended.

4.1 Deposit Terms

Only bKash, Nagad, and Rocket may be used to deposit funds on bl88. Deposited funds must come from an account owned by you. Depositing via third-party accounts is strictly prohibited.

If a deposit is delayed due to a network error or banking system issue, contact bl88 support. Keep a record of every transaction.

4.2 Withdrawal Terms

Before requesting a withdrawal, please ensure that:

  • Your account has been fully verified
  • All applicable wagering requirements have been met
  • The withdrawal amount is at least ৳800
  • Withdrawals must be made using the same method used for the deposit (where applicable)

Withdrawals are typically processed within 5–30 minutes. In some cases, the verification process may cause a slightly longer wait.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

A 25x wagering requirement applies to the welcome bonus. Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only, not on the deposit plus bonus.

Example: ৳1,500 bonus × 25 = ৳37,500 in bets must be completed before winnings from the bonus become withdrawable.

5.3 General Bonus Rules

  • Each bonus offer may have its own specific terms — read the details before accepting an offer
  • Multiple bonuses cannot be used at the same time while an offer is active unless bl88 explicitly allows it
  • Withdrawing while a bonus is active may result in the bonus and associated winnings being cancelled

5.4 VIP Program

bl88's VIP program has four tiers. Weekly cashback is provided at each tier:

Engaging in any of the above prohibited activities will result in immediate account closure, all deposits and bonuses may be forfeited, and legal action may be taken if necessary.
